No. We tailor the programme to what works for your team. On multi-sport days or retreats, there's always a gentler choice, like yoga, a walk or a spa session, next to the more competitive options.

Yes, it's one of our most requested formats: coaching by level, a tournament with trophies and prizes, then drinks or dinner. It works for your own team or for hosting clients.

Yes, most away days and leadership offsites do. We build presentations, workshops and strategy sessions into the running order and arrange all the logistics around them, so you just show up and grab the clicker.

We reply within 24 hours with two or three free, bespoke proposals, each with full pricing. Once you choose one, we lock in the details and set up your team's private sign-up page.

We plan a wet-weather alternative for outdoor events, so the day still runs.

We recommend at least a month in advance, especially for popular summer dates and Christmas parties. But get in touch even if your dates are close or still flexible.
